1. A dynamic charging device comprising:
a detection module for generating a detection signal according to an input signal; a control module coupled to the detection module for generating a control signal according to the detection signal; and an output module coupled to the control module for dynamically adjusting amounts of the input signal according to the control signal and the input signal, so as to process a charging operation for a load module; wherein the input signal is an input current or a voltage source, and the load module further comprises a limitation module to connect a master control device and at least a portable electronic device in parallel, such that an adjustable current of the adjusted input signal is supplied to the portable electronic device and a fixed current of the adjusted input signal is supplied to the master control device.
