The present invention relates to a rubber graft copolymer comprising a rubber polymer part and a graft polymer part, wherein the rubber graft copolymer comprises an essential constituent unit derived from a phosphazene derivative having a polymerizable functional group. The rubber graft copolymer of the present invention functions as the impact modifier while maintaining the flame retardance and the heat resistance of the thermoplastic resin. |
