PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the amount of power consumption of communication devices in an area specified by a power consumption restriction request.SOLUTION: A computer obtains the amount of power consumption of each of a plurality of relay devices capable of relaying communication from a transmission source device to a destination device, and sets relay devices so as to change a first communication path where relay devices arranged in the area relay to a second communication path where relay devices arranged in an area different from the area relay if a prescribed value is exceeded by the total value of the amounts of power consumption of relay devices arranged in the area specified on the basis of information included in a request for power consumption restriction including information on an area where power consumption restriction is required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
