An anti-human interleukin-23 receptor (IL-23R) antibody or an anti-human IL-23R antibody fragment selected from any one of the following (a) to (d): (a) an anti-human IL-23R antibody or an anti-human IL-23R antibody fragment comprising a heavy-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:10 and a light-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:18; (b) an anti-human IL-23R antibody or an anti-human IL-23R antibody fragment comprising a heavy-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:10 and a light-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:6; (c) an anti-human IL-23R antibody or an anti-human IL-23R antibody fragment comprising a heavy-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:14 and a light-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:6; and (d) an anti-human IL-23R antibody or an anti-human IL-23R antibody fragment comprising a heavy-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:14 and a light-chain variable region consisting of the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:18.
