PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new indicator for predicting and evaluating viscoelasticity of a skin and an inspection method of the skin using this indicator.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of skin viscoelasticity includes a sampling process of sampling a skin horny layer of a subject, a measurement process of measuring an expression level of enolase 1 of the horny layer sampled in the sampling process, and a process of calculating an indicator of skin viscoelasticity from the expression level of the enolase 1 measured in the measurement process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
