PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water connector rubber plug reduced in size, and a waterproof connector.SOLUTION: A waterproof connector rubber plug comprises a packing 8 and rigid member 9. The packing 8 has: a first inside cylinder 81 in which an electric wire is inserted, and an inner peripheral lip 82 projecting on the inner peripheral surface of the first inside cylinder 81 and freely elastically deformable. The rigid member 9 has a second inside cylinder 91 disposed on the same axis as the first inside cylinder 81 and in front in the direction of electric wire insertion, joined to the first inside cylinder 81, and in which an electric wire 2 is inserted. The rigid member 9 is composed of a highly rigid material less unlikely to be elastically deformed than the inner peripheral lip 82. A joined face S between the front side of the first inside cylinder 81 in the direction of insertion and the rear side of the second inside cylinder 91 in the direction of insertion are joined has a circumferential beveling part formed from a flat surface forming an acute angle between the inner peripheral surface of the first inside cylinder 81 and itself, or a curved surface projecting on the first inside cylinder 81 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
