<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve and an assembly thereof, transmitting the rotary motion of a driving system to a stator without a clearance between the press contact surfaces of a rotor and the stator, and securing high-accuracy concentricity. <P>SOLUTION: This rotary valve includes: the stator 21 having a common port 22 located in the center and a plurality of ports 23 located in the periphery of the center, and fixed to one end of a housing 11; a rotor 31 having a groove 32 communicated with one selected from the common port 22 and the ports 23, and held in the midway of the housing 11 in the pressed state; and a driving shaft 41 rotatably supported on the other end of the housing 11 and driving the rotor 31. The driving shaft 41 is divided into a first shaft 42 projected from the center of the rotor 31 and a second shaft 43 rotatably supported at the other end of the housing 11. The first shaft 42 and the second shaft 43 have a connecting part 46 connecting them by surface contact which transmits the turning force and does not transmits the thrust force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
