MASSAGING PILLOW FOR SLEEP QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

A massaging pillow for sleep quality management, comprising a pillow body (10) and: a nasal noise detection device (20) connected to a controller (30) and used for collection of nasal noise data and for transmitting same to said controller (30); a controller (30) used for receiving the nasal noise data and, when determining that the nasal noise exceeds a preset threshold value, for controlling a massage device (40) to perform massage; a massage device (40) connected to the controller (30) and used for performing massage on the basis of control by the controller (30) and according to preset massage parameters. A massaging pillow control method used for sleep quality management. User nasal noise data are collected in real time during the massage process and compared to preset threshold values so as to control operation or shutdown of the massage device (40). The resultant intelligent detection and adjustment enhance the effectiveness of the massaging pillow and improve user experience.
