This indoor unit 100 comprises: a main unit 1 that has an intake port by which air flows from inside the room and an outlet port 5 by which air flows into the room; an electrical component box 30 that houses electrical devices and is disposed on an exterior face of the main unit; a refrigerant pipe connector 31 to which connects a refrigerant pipe in which refrigerant flows; a drain pipe connector 32 to which connects a drain pipe through which flows drain water discharged from the main unit 1; and an installation bolt mounting bracket 33 that is disposed on an exterior face of the main unit 1 and that fixes the main unit 1 to an installation bolt 40 suspended in the ceiling space. The refrigerant pipe connector 31, the drain pipe connector 32, and the electrical component box 30 are on the same installation face, and when the main unit 1 is viewed from the installation face side, the installation face is positioned further to the front than the distal end portion of the installation bolt mounting bracket.
