PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit of a working machine which can continue work even if one or more of hydraulic pumps used in a hydraulic closing circuit system is failed.SOLUTION: In this drive unit of a hydraulic shovel, a connection setting part 41b included in a controller 41 performs processing for changing the connecting setting of variable capacity type hydraulic pumps 2a to 2f, a boom cylinder 7a, an arm cylinder 7b, a bucket cylinder 7c and a revolving motor 10c according to an output signal from a hydraulic pump failure determination part 41d. |
