PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution film forming method and a solution film forming facility capable of manufacturing a film, with a higher Rth value, with peeling performance maintained by sufficiently drying the flow-cast film and foaming failure suppressed by sufficiently cooling an endless supporting body before flow casting without applying a burden to the supporting body, when the solution film forming method is performed in a continued fashion by circulatingly moving the supporting body.SOLUTION: A first supporting body cooling process 63 for cooling an endless band 42, which is a supporting body, is performed between a first and second flow-cast film drying processes 62, 64 for drying a flow-cast film 45 formed by a solution casting film forming process 61. After the second flow-cast film drying processes 64, a second supporting body cooling process 65 for cooling the band 42 is performed before the solution casting film forming process 61 is performed again. The first and second supporting body cooling processes 63, 65 are performed, for example, by cooling a drum around which the band 42 is wrapped. |
