PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make water hard to infiltrate into the screwed part of a cylindrical nut and a bolt.SOLUTION: In a suspension member mount structure of a configuration that a cylindrical nut 52 is mounted vertically with a bracket 54 below a side member 10 of a vehicle body to keep a bolt 43 for mounting a suspension member 20 to the cylindrical nut 52 screwed from below, the cylindrical nut 52 comprises a cylindrical part 521 and a flange part 522 provided at a lower end of the cylindrical part 521 with the cylindrical part 521 of the cylindrical nut 52 penetrating through the bracket 54 vertically to keep an outer peripheral edge of the flange part 522 welded to a bottom face of the bracket 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
