FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making structural part, containing one or more functional elements such as support and sealing elements for a cylinder block or combustion chambers. Method involves preparation of a base, enrichment of plasma jet with material for forming at least one functional element and formation on basis of at least one functional element by simultaneous application with using plasma jet of enriched material in a fluid state, binding thereof to base and hardening, wherein when forming functional element at its application point an optimum contact angle is formed between part and sintered functional element, wherein control of contact angle depending on point of application is performed by changing enriching material and/or treating surface of base.EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying method for application of a functional element on a structural part, as well as improving connection of functional element with base and distribution of stresses in structural part.24 cl, 3 dwg |
