FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of new perspective dosage form containing as an active ingredient a naphthoquinone complex of biologically active substances of red-rooted gromwell - Lithospermum erythrorhizon Sieb. et Zucc. Invention provides a proposal for producing an optimum base of a polymer film with necessary technological parameters to enable introduction into its composition a naphthoquinone complex of biologically active substances - shikonin and its esters, isolated from a cell culture red-rooted gromwell. Composition of base for films includes methylcellulose and sodium-carboxymethyl cellulose in equal quantities, glycerol, purified water in optimum ratio.EFFECT: optimum composition of a base for introduction into a film an alcoholic solution of a naphthoquinone complex of red-rooted gromwell; optimum thickness of finished polymer film; relatively high strength of finished polymer film; sufficient adhesion properties of finished film to be held tightly on mucous membranes or wound surface; optimum value of swelling of polymer film, which provides comfort of use; acceptable value of specific elongation of polymer film in contact with fluid.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 5 ex |
