PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in waterproof performance of a connector when high-pressure water is jetted during high-pressure cleaning.SOLUTION: A pair of housings 17 and 19 having cavities 29 and 69 are engaged with each other, and terminals 21 and 23 connected to each other are respectively housed in the cavities. A gap, formed between cavity openings 47 and 77 facing each other, is sealed with water. The pair of housings are configured such that an opening periphery of one of the cavities, namely the cavity 29, is provided with an inner annular part 51, while an opening periphery of the other one of the cavities, namely the cavity 69, is provided with an outer annular part 81. The outer annular part is provided with an inner peripheral surface 85 which is inclined so that a tip of the inner annular part may be brought into contact therewith.
