PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech system and a speech method which allow for effective use of a spread frequency range, by prompting a user to use a service for providing a third sound to voice call.SOLUTION: A speech system 10 includes a first voice synthesis unit 121 for generating synthesis data B13 of a speech voice V1, and a third voice V3 different from the voice of a speaker, a first voice transmission unit 130 for outputting the synthesis data B13 generated by the first voice synthesis unit 121, and an incentive impart unit 320 for imparting an electronic value (incentive) to the speaker, in response to generation of the synthesis data B13 by the first voice synthesis unit 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
