PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra length absorption tool 10 which can absorb extra length of a wiring harness in a curved narrow portion of a vehicle, even when the rigidity of the wiring harness is high.SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 2 having a gear 21 is arranged in a case 1, and the cylindrical member 2 is driven to be rotated by a rotation power member 3. A power transmission auxiliary member 4 having rigidity higher than that of a wiring harness 20 is arranged along the wiring harness 20. The power transmission auxiliary member 4 and the wiring harness 20 are extended in the case 1 from between a side plate 12 of the case 1 and the cylindrical member 2 along the side plate 12. A rack tooth 41 of the power transmission auxiliary member 4 is engaged with the gear 21 of the cylindrical member 2, and a torque of the cylindrical member 2 is transmitted to the wiring harness 20 via the power transmission auxiliary member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
