An electronic whiteboard system includes a search unit configured to search for the electronic whiteboard based on a search condition, an extraction unit configured to extract one or a plurality of the areas that are matched with the search condition or one or a plurality of the areas to which an object that is matched with the search condition belongs as a search result, a creation unit configured to create a search result electronic whiteboard composed of one screen information, and a presenting unit configured to display the created search result electronic whiteboard on a screen. The electronic whiteboard system displays a result in which one or a plurality of electronic whiteboards are searched for based on the search condition on the screen.

1. An electronic whiteboard system comprising:
a search unit configured to divide an electronic whiteboard into a plurality of areas and search for the electronic whiteboard based on a search condition specified by a user by each of the divided areas; an extraction unit configured to extract one or a plurality of the areas that are matched with the search condition or one or a plurality of the areas to which an object that is matched with the search condition belongs as a search result; a creation unit configured to create a search result electronic whiteboard, the search result electronic whiteboard being composed of one screen information in which each of the extracted areas that are matched with the search condition are arranged in a list; and a presenting unit configured to display the created search result electronic whiteboard on a screen so that it will be presented to the user who requested the search, wherein the electronic whiteboard system displays a result in which one or a plurality of electronic whiteboards are searched for based on the search condition on the screen.
