The present invention provides a pack case, which is suitable for preventing a battery module from vibrating on a case or from escaping from the same during an assembly process, and a battery pack comprising the same. A pack case according to the present invention comprises an alignment unit and a bus bar, which are positioned on a periphery of the inner peripheral surface thereof, and a main case having a connection terminal, which contacts the bus bar on the outer peripheral surface thereof, wherein the alignment unit and the bus bar contact a battery module, which is seated on the inner peripheral surface of the main case, on the periphery of the battery module. |
