In order to provide an air purifier having good design properties, an air purifier according to the present invention is provided with a rear surface cover (6), which constitutes the rear surface of a main body, and a side surface cover (4). The side surface cover (4) is engaged with and attached to the rear surface cover (6). The side surface cover (4) is provided with an engagement piece (4d) having a first opening (4k). The rear surface cover (6) is provided with a second opening (6b) and a protrusion (6h). When the side surface cover (4) is rotated to an attachment position with the engagement piece (4d) inserted into the second opening (6b), the protrusion (6h) and the first opening (4k) engage.
