A method of preparation for ledipasvir (LDV) and a derivative thereof, and intermediate compound for the preparation of the LDV. Specifically, disclosed are a preparation method of a compound having a formula 1, and a series of new preparation methods for LDV. The method in present invention is a simple and efficient, and has better application prospects.
