A washing machine control method and a washing machine (100), and a washing machine system, the control method comprising the following steps: a washing machine (100) and a cloud server (200) establish a network connection, and the cloud server (200) acquires the geographical location of the washing machine (100); the washing machine (100) acquires water quality data corresponding to said geographical location in the cloud server (200), wherein the cloud server (200) receives water sample measurement information of a plurality of geographical locations in order to acquire water quality data of each geographical location; the washing machine (100), on the basis of the water quality data, determines washing parameters; and the washing machine (100), on the basis of the washing parameters, adjusts the washing program, and controls the washing machine (100) to operate according to the adjusted washing program. The present washing machine control method, taking into account the impact of water quality on clothes washing, improves the effects of washing.
