PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel capable of quantitatively determining nucleic acid obtained by extraction from a biological sample and analyzing the nucleic acid, a nucleic acid analyzer including the reaction vessel, and a nucleic acid analysis method.SOLUTION: There is provided a reaction vessel in which a substrate is equipped with: at least one or more control reaction wells in which a determination reagent capable of specifically detecting nucleic acid and a nucleic acid analytical reagent used for analysis of nucleic acid are arranged; and a plurality of other reaction wells in which the analytical reagent is arranged, and a sample containing nucleic acid can be distributed to the control reaction wells and the plurality of other reaction wells. There are also provided a nucleic acid analyzer including the reaction vessel, and a nucleic acid analysis method capable of quantitatively determining nucleic acid and adequacy of an analysis result by using the nucleic acid analyzer, and furthermore, detecting a problem with the nucleic acid analyzer from the analysis result.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
