RESIN SHEET, METHOD FOR PRODUCING RESIN SHEET AND INDUCTOR COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet capable of improving the handleability at normal temperature before curing and the stress relaxation properties after curing.SOLUTION: There is provided a semi-cured resin sheet 1 which comprises an epoxy resin, a phenoxy resin, a linear elastomer, a curing agent and an inorganic filler, wherein the content of the inorganic filler is 80 to 98 mass% based on the total amount of the resin sheet 1.EFFECT: The handleability at normal temperature of a resin sheet before curing and the stress relaxation properties of a resin sheet after curing can be improved since the resin sheet further contains a phenoxy resin and a linear elastomer in spite of containing an inorganic filler at a high ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
