PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long term retained structure swelling material useful for diseases requiring treatment by the long term retained structure swelling material such as vesicoureteral reflux disease, high in safety in a living body and having durability and shape maintenance property in the living body for long time.SOLUTION: There is provided a glycosaminoglycan (GAG) crosslinked body having following crosslink -CONH-R-X-R-NHCO- or -CONH-R-X-R-X'-R-NHCO- obtained by introducing a SPAAC type reactive group binding to a carboxyl group of a GAG molecule by an amide bond and further conducting a SPAAC reaction, where R1 to R5 are the same or different and represent an alkylene group, an alkenylene group or an alkynylene group, -CH2- in the group may be substituted by >C=O, -CONH-, arylene, -O- or -S-, and X and X' are the same or different and represent a bivalent group having a specific 1,2,3-triazole ring.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
