<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure stable operation of a fuel cell power generation system by preventing a sudden impairment of a water purification apparatus by mixing makeup water with ionic substances of high density. <P>SOLUTION: Power generation is performed by supplying air from an air blower 113 and hydrogen from a fuel processor 114 to a fuel cell 17. Water contained in discharged air from the fuel cell 17 is stored in a cooling water tank 18 after being condensed with a heat exchanger 12, being stored in a recovered water tank 112, being sent to a water purification apparatus 14 by a recovered water transportation means 15, and being purified. The recovered water tank 112 is provided with a makeup passage 11 of makeup water; and the makeup passage 11 of makeup water is provided with a water quality detection means 13, an integrated flow rate detection means 16, an opening and closing valve 110, a controller 111, and a drainage outlet 19. Data on reference values of the water quality and the integrated flow rate of the makeup water are recorded in the controller 111 beforehand, a state of opening and closing of the opening and closing valve 110 is controlled by the data, and making-up of the makeup water beyond predetermined reference values of the water quality and the integrated flow rate is shut down. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
