The invention relates to a method for producing prefabricated parts, in particular wall panels, made of solid construction materials, in particular bricks, lime sand bricks, pumice, expanded clay, porous concrete, and concrete blocks, having the following steps: providing construction elements (2); combining the construction elements (2) into layer groups (3); supplying the layer groups (3) to a layering device (1); forming elongated construction material layers (5) in the layering device (1) using multiple stations, wherein the construction material layers (5) are transported from one station to another transversely to the longitudinal axis of the layers; constructing prefabricated parts (22) from construction material layers (5); and machining the prefabricated parts (22). The invention also relates to a layering device (1) for use in such a method and to a manufacturing system (100) for producing prefabricated parts (22) according to such a method, said system comprising a layering device (1) according to the invention. |
