摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently discharge work tips and to improve a machining speed and machining shape precision, by a method wherein a rotary casing having turbine-form blade is situated in a electrode nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Machining liquid flows through a piping 23 to a flow rate regulating valve 20, and is controlled to a proper flow rate according to a plate thickness. Further, the machining liquid is injected through a machining liquid introduction port 12 to turbine blades 17, and a rotary casing 18 formed integrally therewith is rotated. The machining liquid flows through gaps between the turbine blades 17 to a machining liquid low passage 13. A vortex is generated by means of a helical blade 19 formed to the inside of the rotary casing 18. Since the flow passage 13 is formed such that its size is gradually decreased toward the outlet thereof, the machining liquid is rapidly accelerated to produce a jetlike flow. The rapidly accelerated machining liquid is produced by discharge to highly efficiently discharge work tips. Since machining liquid is arbitrarily regulated according to the thickness of a workpiece 15 by means of flow rate regulating valve 20, the number of revolutions of the turbine-form blade 17 is freely changed through regulation of a flow rate.
