A radio interference filter, partic. one for digitally operating equipment, has conducting elements to act as filters and a material between the conductors which absorbs h/f.. The conducting elements are symmetrical triplate type with outer conductors and one inner strip member which has transverse branching strips embedded with the main strip in the material which absorbs h/f energy. This particular material is pref. an epoxy resin plus hardener and insulated carbonyl-iron particles. ADVANTAGE - The filter is small but effective over the whole band of interference frequencies.
