A ring frame has the lifting element for the rail carrying the balloon guides attached to a pull rod which is linked to the lifting element for the ring rail acting through a slide. A movement of the ring rail slide results in only a fraction of this movement in the pull rod. The pull rod can be moved by a drag link acting against a pin. The position of the hinge point and the stop are adjustable.
