<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the reading system of a counter by which a count value can be exactly read by adding a delay suited to the transmitting time of a reading circuit, and reading the count value of an asynchronous counter. CONSTITUTION:The values of flip flops 11-14 of an asynchronous counter 10 are read and written in each flip flop 41-44 for memory of a reading circuit 40 by adding the delay suited to the transmitting time of the asynchronous counter, and shifting the writing pulse of each flip flop 41-44 without simultaneously inputting the writing pulse.</p> |
