FILTER MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter module which can be miniaturized, and in which light can be inputted and outputted at the same end part. SOLUTION: A first and a second waveguide means 31 and 33 are arranged on the one end side of the filter module 30 so that at least end parts are in parallel each other. A lens 37 is arranged on the position away from the first and the second waveguide means by a specified distance so as to constitute a collimator together with the means 31 and 33. A reflecting means 43 is arranged to face oppositely to the surface of the lens 37 on a side opposite to the side of the means 31 and 33. A band path filter 39 is arranged between the lens 37 and the means 43.
