PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous measurement caused by the washing insufficiency of a reaction container by preventing the contamination of a reaction soln. discharge passage caused by the mutual interference of reaction solns. and the clogging of the passage by the formation of crystals by selecting a proper detergent to perform washing. SOLUTION: A reaction container washing mechanism 3 is constituted of a detergent distribution nozzle 3a for washing a reaction soln. discharge passage, a reaction soln. discharge and reaction container washing soln. distribution nozzle 3b, the washing nozzle 3c of a reaction container, a nozzle 3d draining water in the reaction container and a purified water distribution nozzle 3e for measuring the water plank of the reaction container and the washing of the reaction container 2 is performed. In this case, control is performed by a computer having a program selecting and adding a proper detergent automatically according to the kind of a sucked and discharged reaction soln. and a detergent 7 for washing a reaction soln. discharge passage is distributed to the reaction container 2 by a detergent distribution mechanism 8. |
