PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent color correction independently of a geometrical condition on which image data depends by correcting color based on a color correction parameter with respect to image data depending on the converted photometric geometrical condition. SOLUTION: A luminous flux whose optical axis angle with respect to a normal of a test piece face is not in excess of 10-degree is emitted to a test piece under the geometrical condition O-45 and a reflected light from the test piece whose angle with respect to the normal of the test piece face is 45±2 deg. is received. Furthermore, one luminous flux is used to emit the test piece under the same condition and the geometrical condition O-D and the reflected light is collected by an integral sphere. Thus, the reference test piece is used to obtain a spectral reflectance difference caused by the measurement geometrical condition and the spectral reflectance data measured under the geometrical condition O-D are corrected into data of the spectral reflectance measured under the condition O-45.
