摘要 Treatment of industrial waste water purifies waste water with pronounced foaming tendency and uses ozone. The waste water is fed (15) into a line (11) including an injector (3) extracting water near the base of reactor 1 (1). The water is recirculated to the top of reactor 1. The waste water feed, precedes the injector. An ozoniser (4) feeds oxygen and ozone mixture to the injector. The water is led through a system (5) forming larger gas bubbles in reactor 1. Here, it is treated with ozone before passing to reactor 2 (2), for separation into gas and fluid, where a similar system forms larger gas bubbles. Also claimed is the corresponding plant to carry out the process. The contents of reactor 1 flow through the central, bubble-enlarging tube (13). This projects into a large tube (14). The diameters differ between reactors 1 and 2. Waste water treated with ozone in reactor 1 is extracted from its upper region. The foam breaker is mechanical. Purified waste water leaving reactor 2, flows through an ultraviolet plant (17). Reactor 1 residence time is 120-210 (preferably 150-180) minutes. In reactor 2 it is 90-140 (preferably 100-120) minutes. Reactor 1 temperature is 15-35 (preferably 20-25) deg C. Reactor 2 temperature is 18-40 (preferably 22-30) deg C. The foam separator applies centrifugal force.
