摘要 A method for improving the aftertaste of sucrose without lowering the sweetening power of sucrose, which comprises incorporating trehalose into sucrose in an amount of 2-12% to the sucrose, on a dry solid basis. The method produces saccharide compositions and food products having improved aftertaste of sucrose without lowering the sweetening power of sucrose.
