<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage house for agricultural products capable of storing the agricultural products to be stored in the storage house under the appropriate storage conditions in compliance with the products independently of the temperature and humidity in an outdoor air and of carrying a process such as a drying and force-ripening process of the agricultural products, and to provide the same capable of efficiently producing a dried Japanese persimmon. SOLUTION: This storage house comprises; a storage room whose circumference is made of a heat-insulating material, a temperature-detecting means 17 and humidity-detecting means 18 for detecting the temperature and humidity in the storage room, an outer air temperature- detecting means 23 and outer air humidity-detecting means 24 for detecting an outer air temperature and outer air humidity, a temperature-controlling means 25 and humidity controlling means 26 for controlling the temperature and humidity in the storage room, and a controlling means 28 capable of controlling at least one of the temperature-controlling means 25 and humidity controlling means 26 based on the detected results of the temperature-detecting means 17, humidity-detecting means 18, outer air temperature-detecting means 23, and outer air humidity-detecting means 24 according to the agricultural products stored in the storage room. The temperature-controlling means 25 and humidity controlling means 26 is controlled by selecting any one from a plurality of action patterns set previously in the controlling means 28.</p> |
