<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste storage structure and its construction method making effective use of a site after closing installations and coping with uplift pressure without pumping underground water during a reclamation period, and provide the waste storage structure and its reclamation method reducing contaminated water and preventing the generation of dust and odor. SOLUTION: The inside of a cylindrical continuous underground wall 10 is excavated, and a bottom slab 17 is provided at the bottom. Circular partition boards 15 are arranged with specified clearances inside the continuous underground wall 10, and rotating devices 14 are provided to rotate these partition boards 15 in the continuous underground wall 10. Reclamation openings 15a are formed in the partition boards 15. Flexible cylindrical bodies 12 are connected to the reclamation openings 15a so as to communicate from below the partition boards 15 up to the ground, and the partition boards 15 are suspended by suspension bars and jacks so as to be vertically movable in the continuous underground wall 10. Air bags 16a, 16b for opening/closing the clearances are provided to be expandable/contractible at the outer peripheries of the partition boards 15, and water is filled inside the flexible cylindrical bodies 12 and on and under the partition boards 15 in the cylindrical bodies.</p> |
