<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the temp. of the viscoelastic fluid arranged in an extrusion head of an extruder. SOLUTION: A main temp. sensor 120 and an auxiliary temp. sensor 122 are respectively arranged at a first measuring position separated from an extrusion head 114 by a predetermined distance and a second measuring position separated from the first measuring position by a predetermined distance. When rubber is extruded from the extrusion head 114, the surface temp. thereof is measured at the first and second measuring positions. The correction value corresponding to an environmental factor is set from the difference between the measured surface temps. and used to perform correction when the temp. of the rubber in the extrusion head 114 (the temp. in the head) is estimated from the surface temp. by the main temp. sensor 120 and the temp. in the head considering the environmental factor is estimated.</p> |
