发明名称 ROLLING METHOD FOR GAUGE H STEEL
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a flange width precision in a longitudinal direction by obtained a flange width distribution of a preceding material in a longitudinal direction in rolling and based on this data, changing either a flange thickness of next material rough rolling or a web thickness or both rolling set values. SOLUTION: A dimension measurement device 3 is arranged at an outlet side of a finish universal rolling mill 4 or a rough universal rolling mill 1, a distribution of a flange width of a rolled gauge H steel in a longitudinal direction is measured. During rolling, based on this measured result of the device 3, when it is discriminated that an unstable part flange width of tip/rear end parts of a gauge H steel shape after finish or rough rolling of a rolled preceding material under a basic rolling draft is wider than a flange width at a stable part, a rolling set value is changed so that a difference in drafts between flange and web at a rough rolling first half pass for a next material is increased. Also, in the case of the opposite, either one or both of the drafts of flange and web is changed by opposite operation and rolling is conducted.</p>
