PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stored vegetables or fruits from being injured by being brought into contact with one another or being pushed under gravitation, by providing a protective sheet formed from an elastic material on which a large number of protrusions are continuously formed on the bottom surface of a vegetable container. SOLUTION: A protective sheet 9 formed from an elastic material, on which a large number of protrusions 9a are continuously formed, is provided on the bottom surface 5a of a vegetable container 5 to protect vegetables or fruits stored therein. Thus, vegetables or fruits put on the sheet 9 can be prevented from being moved or being brought into contact with one another by the vibration caused by opening or closing of an open/closure door, or can be effectively prevented from being injured by being pushed under gravitation. By providing also a protective sheet 9 on the bottom surface 8a of a vegetable tray 8, vegetables or fruits placed on the tray 8 can be protected in the same manner.
