<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely remove foreign substances stuck on the inner face of a container without using water, a chemical agent or the like by spraying ionized air on the inner face of the container to eliminate static electricity on the inner face of the container before sterilization processing of a PET bottle container by irradiation with electron beams. <P>SOLUTION: Before the sterilization processing is performed by irradiating the bottle container/a cap with the electron beams in electron beams irradiating parts 21 and 22 in a clean room 20, a tip of a nozzle for jetting the ionized air is inserted to a specified position of the bottle container in ionized air jetting parts 13 and 14 to spray the ionized air on the inner face of the bottle container.
