PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack of a fuel battery with a structure easy to disassemble and reassemble which is necessary when repairing and recycling the cell stack. SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack constructed by holding a lamination body pinching a plurality of fuel battery cells (1) by end plates (2-1, 2-2) has a plurality of calking plates (8-1 to 8-4) having folded parts (8-1-a to 8-4-a) formed at least at an upper part or a lower part of the lamination body, attached to a side part of the lamination body.
