PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that operation may be inhibited when a teach pendant provided with two enable right and left devices (three-position switches) is shifted from one hand to the other hand to operate it. SOLUTION: Hand shifting operation can be allowed to perform continuous teach pendant operation by permitting the operation of the three-position switches up to the lapse of prescribed time even when the three-position switches are operated by both the hands at the time of shifting the teach pendant from one hand to the other hand, and when the operation time by both the hands exceeds prescribed time, operation is inhibited to secure safety.
