<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device that has a thin-film sealing section having a sealed structure, having improved water-resistant, heat-resistant, and chemical-resistant properties and also having improved mass productivity, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescence display device, and a film-forming device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence display device comprises a substrate; an organic electroluminescence section including an organic electroluminescence element provided on one surface of the substrate; and a sealing section that has a parylene polymer material and is formed so that the organic electroluminescence section is covered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
