Provided is a health-aid food comprising inshore hagfish extract, which has the effects of preventing hypertension, improving weak body constitution, stimulating growth, protecting visual power, releasing fatigue and maintaining a healthy skin mucous membrane. The health-aid food comprises extract of inshore hagfish obtained by extracting high-quality inshore hagfish with a minimized amount of water and further comprises extract of onion, jujube, ginger and licorice roots. Preferably, the health-aid food is obtained by extracting 2000g of inshore hagfish, 2000g of onion, 0.6kg of jujube, 0.6 kg of ginger and 30g of licorice roots with 1.8L of water. |
