PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine of new interest which makes it possible to enjoy the original game ball rolling state of the pinball game machine by compacting a special winning part operated in a special game state (big winning game state). SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine provided with a special winning means to be changed to the state that game balls easily enter a winning port when shifting to the special game state, the special winning part comprises: a variable winning device changeable to a winning difficult state that the game ball does not easily enter the winning port and a winning easy state that it easily enter there; and a game ball guide member for guiding the game ball to the winning port in cooperation with the variable winning device in the winning easy state.
