PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape or sheet to be stuck to an eyelid, allowing a pasteboard to be beautifully released without bending or breaking the pasteboard by mistake and without requiring complicated work when the pasteboard is released from the tape/sheet, and capable of being stuck to the eyelid easily and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: Members including the releasable pasteboard 1, a double-sided adhesive skin-stickable material 2 and a mount 3 are layered on each other. The length of the pasteboard 1 and the mount 3 is longer than the skin-stickable material 2. The pasteboard 1, skin-stickable material 2 and mount 3 are stamped. The adhesive tape/sheet to be stuck to the eyelid is characterized by the pasteboard 1 whose ends at least are not stamped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
