PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic diagnosis system capable of being constructed without taking time and labor. SOLUTION: The endoscopic diagnosis system is composed of an endoscopic diagnosis unit 11 for an operator and an endoscopic diagnosis unit 13 for an instructor, and the operator and the instructor communicate with each other by the radio communication of half-duplex communication between them. An electronic endoscope 14 applies quadrature modulation to image signals, superimposes inquiry voice to the instructor, which is inputted from the operator, on the image signals while shifting a phase, generates RF signals and transmits them as radio waves 58 to a processor 15 for the operator and a processor 19 for the instructor. The processor 19 for the instructor generates the RF signals by modulating instruction signals to the operator, which is inputted from the instructor, transmits them as radio waves 93 to the processor 15 for the operator, and demodulates original image signals and inquiry information from the RF signals indicated by the radio waves 58.
