The method includes: receiving the notification message for requesting to establish session which is sent from session request side, the session management message of this time being carried in the notification message; obtaining the session management information of this time in the notification message, promoting a session connection with the session request side according to the conversation management message; or confirming the notification message according to the session management message, and generating the responding message according to the confirming result; transmitting the responding message to the session request side.
